FAQs, RESTRICTIONS & SAFETY INFORMATION

What should I wear?

All participants must wear enclosed flat shoes for their safety. This means no sandals, flip-flops, or any open-toed shoes. Enclosed flat shoes provide the necessary grip and protection, ensuring you can safely enjoy your Drift Dodgem experience. Please ensure your footwear is secure before entering the track.

How many people can ride in a Drift Dodgem Car?

Each Drift Dodgem Car is designed to accommodate up to two riders. This allows for a fun, shared experience while maintaining safety and control. However, there may be exceptions as specified by track staff, who will guide you if different arrangements are needed for certain conditions or events.

What are the height requirements?

To ensure the safety of all participants, riders must be over 90 cm in height to join the Drift Dodgems. However, to actually drive or operate the Drift Dodgem, participants must be over 130 cm. This height requirement ensures that drivers have the physical ability to control the vehicle safely. Riders under 130 cm must be accompanied by someone taller, as unaccompanied riders below this height are not permitted for their own safety.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring on the track?

For your safety and the safety of others, no loose items, such as bags, phones, or hats, are allowed on the track. These items could become hazards during the ride. Please place all your belongings in the designated storage area provided, as directed by our team members. Additionally, food and drinks are not permitted on the track to avoid spills and accidents.

What safety rules should I be aware of?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

  • Safety restraints: Always wear your safety restraint while the Dodgem car is in motion. This is crucial to keeping you securely in your seat during the ride.
  • Head-on bumping: Avoid head-on collisions. Bumping into the sides or rear of other cars is part of the fun, but head-on impacts can be dangerous.
Running: Running is not allowed within the Dodgem area. This rule is in place to prevent accidents and ensure everyone’s safety.
  • Seated position: Remain seated at all times while the Dodgem car is in motion. Standing up or shifting around can lead to falls or injuries.

Who is not allowed to ride?

For the safety of our guests, individuals with certain health conditions or concerns should not ride the Drift Dodgems. These include:

  • Seizures, neck or back disorders: The physical nature of the ride could aggravate these conditions.
  • Heart conditions: The excitement and physical activity may not be suitable for those with heart issues.
  • Motion sickness or dizziness: The spinning and movement of the Dodgem cars can exacerbate these conditions.
  • Pregnancy: The physical jolts and movements of the ride are not safe for pregnant women.
Intoxication: For your safety and the safety of others, intoxicated individuals are not permitted to ride.
